The condo was very spacious and equipped with all the amenities you will need. Great location. Short walk to the beach and store. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Property was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Older style but well equipped spacious unit,facing the pool, short walk to the beach with beach chairs always available, nice beach restaurant only for guests and many other good restaurants around ( Citrus Fusion was the best!) The only negative was a hassle with mandatory on-line check in (mandatory submission of all guests passports and credit card photos!) Actual stay was great.

This process helps us comply with community regulations and enhances security for all guests. We understand it may feel a bit cumbersome, but it is standard practice aligned with HOA policies to maintain safety and order within the community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you prefer to bypass these HOA requirements in the future, we do have condos available for sale within the community. We have stayed at P105 in Playa Turquesa several times, and it remains our absolute favorite unit in the complex! This well-appointed condo has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils to a cozy living space perfect for unwinding with a movie.

The layout is ideal for both dining indoors around the table and enjoying the fresh air while playing cards on the patio. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home.

A special mention to Go Punta Cana for their outstanding service—when our coffee maker broke, it was replaced almost immediately, and a minor issue with the toilet seat was also fixed right away. Their responsiveness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.

We can’t wait to return to P105 again—highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was absolutely amazing! Check-in was so easy, the host keeps in constant contact and verifies every single detail. I ran into no issues at all and when I had any questions they sent someone within the same 5 minutes to answer in person.

The amenities are great! There are a few pools and the water is amazing! It’s refreshing.. not hot not cold but a sultry perfect (if you have ever stayed at a resort you know the water easily becomes bath water but here was just perfection!)

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is not one single utensil or cooling gadget missing! It has everything and more (coming from a seasoned traveller who comes to DR twice a year for months at a time I have had to buy my own frying pans and pots so having these available was so convenient)

If you don’t want to cook you can literally walk out the door, cross the street and have your choice of restaurants with so many options and it is quite affordable!

It was clean, tidy, and overall a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

A Perfect Vacation!
Condo P105 is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable vacation experience. From the moment we stepped through the door we were surrounded in an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
Situated in an excellent location, Condo P105 offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and a very well stocked mini market the highlight is the pristine beach just a stone's throw away, this condo provides easy access to all the attractions of the area.
Our stay at condo P105 was nothing short of excellent (although we recommend bringing earplugs and using a sound machine as the weekend music from the surrounding bars is quite loud!). The condo was well maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy retreat that felt like a home away from home. The spacious 2-bedroom layout provided ample room for relaxation, and the comfortable furnishings ensured a restful night's sleep...the king bed in the primary was amazingly comfortable!
The condo was well equipped with all the amenities one could desire. From a fully stocked kitchen where we could prepare nightly meals...or not, as why would you with such great restaurants only a few steps away ��.
Although this is a repeat visit to Playa Turquesa, it is the service we receive from Scott Medina and his team at Go Punta Cana that keeps us returning year after year! From the moment of booking to our departure, we felt any inquiries or requests we had would be promptly addressed, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout our stay.
In our minds, P105 is the perfect choice for an unforgettable escape, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Go Punta Cana Vacations and P105 to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation experience.

This was a beautiful apartment in a beautiful complex. It is near everything, shops, bars, restaurants, and more. It is large, spacious, and has everything you need to live comfortably. The grounds are kept extremely clean, the pools are nice, and the beach is connected to the complex with a wonderful restaurant. The WiFi worked great, and it had many appliances, including a mixer. The patio is huge and spacious; we ate outside almost every day. My only complaint, and some may find this as a plus; it was too close to the bars for me. If I were younger, this would be a huge benefit as it is in the heart of town. There is more entertainment nearby than the Hard Rock Hotel. Because of that, be prepared for loud music on some evenings. I prefer to go to bed early, so this was not to my advantage. Other than that, this is a spectacular Airbnb.

To clarify, we have hosted many guests and none have had issues with loud music. It is not always the case and it is out of our control what happens outside the community. There are months that go by with no live entertainment or music of any kind at any volume. There are many business, restaurants, bars outside the community and we have no control on what type of entertainment or how loud it can be. Also, during your stay noise you complained about was only until 7PM on weekdays and 5PM on weekends. We had curfew in place during your stay where all businesses have to close at those times. I would recommend Isla Saona for your future stay in the DR. Isolated island where you might only hear the sound of coconuts when they hit the ground. ;-)

The Location was perfect. Just steps to the beach and town. The Unit was very nice and was stocked with everything we could need. My Only complaint would be it was a little loud at night from the restaurants behind the building. But if you are a heavy sleeper, should not be an issue. Excellent Vacation

P105 was the perfect location for our stay in Punta Cana. The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were amazing and oh so comfortable! With such a close proximity to great restaurants, shops, and the beach we scored when we booked this condo! Go Punta Cana Vacations is amazing to deal with. From contracting the agreement, paying the deposit, and having the toaster replaced (the toaster broke the first day we arrived and within 1 hour of emailing it was replaced with a brand new one), they really are so easy to work with. We loved our stay and will be back! Thank you.

Big apartment. Clean. Wonderful patio with a gas grill. Nice pools. Convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. The complex feels quite secure with 24/7 guards at all entrances including the one to the beach. Go Punta Cana is responsive to emergencies after hours and helped us get a technician to unlock the door very quickly. For non-emergencies they will only respond M-F during regular business hours. Wifi is slow, but my partner was able to work online (video conferencing, etc) with no issues by bringing a cable and connecting directly to the modem. The bedroom windows are not very soundproof and the bar across the street is pretty noisy until late. This may be a problem if you are a light sleeper. There is a noise machine in the main bedroom to help and I used ear plugs some nights. Lots of seaweed this time of year so the beach is very difficult to access for swimming. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Older style but well equipped spacious unit,facing the pool, short walk to the beach with beach chairs always available, nice beach restaurant only for guests and many other good restaurants around ( Citrus Fusion was the best!) The only negative was a hassle with mandatory on-line check in (mandatory submission of all guests passports and credit card photos!) Actual stay was great.

This process helps us comply with community regulations and enhances security for all guests. We understand it may feel a bit cumbersome, but it is standard practice aligned with HOA policies to maintain safety and order within the community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

We have stayed at P105 in Playa Turquesa several times, and it remains our absolute favorite unit in the complex! This well-appointed condo has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils to a cozy living space perfect for unwinding with a movie.

The layout is ideal for both dining indoors around the table and enjoying the fresh air while playing cards on the patio. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home.

A special mention to Go Punta Cana for their outstanding service—when our coffee maker broke, it was replaced almost immediately, and a minor issue with the toilet seat was also fixed right away. Their responsiveness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.

We can’t wait to return to P105 again—highly recommended!

Situated in an excellent location, Condo P105 offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and a very well stocked mini market the highlight is the pristine beach just a stone's throw away, this condo provides easy access to all the attractions of the area.
Our stay at condo P105 was nothing short of excellent (although we recommend bringing earplugs and using a sound machine as the weekend music from the surrounding bars is quite loud!). The condo was well maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy retreat that felt like a home away from home. The spacious 2-bedroom layout provided ample room for relaxation, and the comfortable furnishings ensured a restful night's sleep...the king bed in the primary was amazingly comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was absolutely amazing! Check-in was so easy, the host keeps in constant contact and verifies every single detail. I ran into no issues at all and when I had any questions they sent someone within the same 5 minutes to answer in person.

The amenities are great! There are a few pools and the water is amazing! It’s refreshing.. not hot not cold but a sultry perfect (if you have ever stayed at a resort you know the water easily becomes bath water but here was just perfection!)

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is not one single utensil or cooling gadget missing! It has everything and more (coming from a seasoned traveller who comes to DR twice a year for months at a time I have had to buy my own frying pans and pots so having these available was so convenient)

If you don’t want to cook you can literally walk out the door, cross the street and have your choice of restaurants with so many options and it is quite affordable!

It was clean, tidy, and overall a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

The Location was perfect. Just steps to the beach and town. The Unit was very nice and was stocked with everything we could need. My Only complaint would be it was a little loud at night from the restaurants behind the building. But if you are a heavy sleeper, should not be an issue. Excellent Vacation

Big apartment. Clean. Wonderful patio with a gas grill. Nice pools. Convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. The complex feels quite secure with 24/7 guards at all entrances including the one to the beach. Go Punta Cana is responsive to emergencies after hours and helped us get a technician to unlock the door very quickly. For non-emergencies they will only respond M-F during regular business hours. Wifi is slow, but my partner was able to work online (video conferencing, etc) with no issues by bringing a cable and connecting directly to the modem. The bedroom windows are not very soundproof and the bar across the street is pretty noisy until late. This may be a problem if you are a light sleeper. There is a noise machine in the main bedroom to help and I used ear plugs some nights. Lots of seaweed this time of year so the beach is very difficult to access for swimming. Overall we enjoyed our stay

This was a beautiful apartment in a beautiful complex. It is near everything, shops, bars, restaurants, and more. It is large, spacious, and has everything you need to live comfortably. The grounds are kept extremely clean, the pools are nice, and the beach is connected to the complex with a wonderful restaurant. The WiFi worked great, and it had many appliances, including a mixer. The patio is huge and spacious; we ate outside almost every day. My only complaint, and some may find this as a plus; it was too close to the bars for me. If I were younger, this would be a huge benefit as it is in the heart of town. There is more entertainment nearby than the Hard Rock Hotel. Because of that, be prepared for loud music on some evenings. I prefer to go to bed early, so this was not to my advantage. Other than that, this is a spectacular Airbnb.

To clarify, we have hosted many guests and none have had issues with loud music. It is not always the case and it is out of our control what happens outside the community. There are months that go by with no live entertainment or music of any kind at any volume. There are many business, restaurants, bars outside the community and we have no control on what type of entertainment or how loud it can be. Also, during your stay noise you complained about was only until 7PM on weekdays and 5PM on weekends. We had curfew in place during your stay where all businesses have to close at those times. I would recommend Isla Saona for your future stay in the DR. Isolated island where you might only hear the sound of coconuts when they hit the ground. ;-)

Overall, the 5 weeks was great. We did have a few water, power and internet issues but it wasn’t enough to ruin the stay. Condo is small but has everything you need. Had friends in 2 bedroom unit and it’s worth the money for extra space. Biggest complaint is the dirty littered roads leading to the condo area. If you overlook them, the vacation is still great. Location to beach and restaurants is also great. I would return to this condo again.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. To clarify, there are 6 public beach access points with the closest one being 8-10 minute walk. Directions to all public beach access is part of all the information sent to you prior to arrival. This day in age where most information is digital, as responsible hosts and as required by Airbnb - we like to provide as much information as possible (including house rules and manual) to our guests prior to arrival, during your stay and prior to departure. Most of our guests appreciate the fact of how much information we provide which helps tremendously with their travel experience - especially when traveling to our destination for the first time. The issue with the water pressure was a community wide issue which has now been addressed and fixed. In terms of window blinds, we have also reached out to the owner of the condo to make the necessary upgrades. We work hard to make sure every client receives personal attention, quick responses and, of course, the best possible vacation rental experience in Punta Cana! We are available via Airbnb messages, Whatsapp, phone, email and office located within walking distance.

I really like this apartment. It's quiet and has a good atmosphere. The only thing I did not like was the early check-out time. 10am is way too early. But the apartment is nice and well decorated.

This day in age where most information is digital, as responsible hosts and as required by Airbnb - we like to provide as much information as possible (including house rules and manual) to our guests prior to arrival, during your stay and prior to departure. Most of our guests appreciate the fact of how much information we provide which helps tremendously with their travel experience - especially when traveling to our destination for the first time. The issue with the water pressure was a community wide issue which has now been addressed and fixed. In terms of window blinds, we have also reached out to the owner of the condo to make the necessary upgrades. We work hard to make sure every client receives personal attention, quick responses and, of course, the best possible vacation rental experience in Punta Cana! We are available via Airbnb messages, Whatsapp, phone, email and office located within walking distance.

I really like this apartment. It's quiet and has a good atmosphere. The only thing I did not like was the early check-out time. 10am is way too early. But the apartment is nice and well decorated.

Everything was wonderful . Area felt very safe . People were friendly. Grocery shopping was convenient. My only complaint was we stayed 20 days and paid a set price for electricity even though we didn’t use the air conditioner or much electricity. .

This condo is in a preferred location in Playa Turquesa...great view of the ocean...would have been nice to have cushions on balcony wooden chairs as we sat outside for all meals....screens would have helped to get full enjoyment of the breeze from the ocean even if it would have been on 2-3 windows, when I asked was told it was not advertised with screens...this condo could use a little update but overall we had a GREAT holiday.

This was a nice condo. If we were staying long term we would definitely stay here again. With 3 older kids with us, it did get expensive eating out, so an all inclusive resort would have been better this time. The management group was wonderful! They helped us to get our Wi-fi working, scheduled taxis to and from the airport (and even waited with us for the driver to get there so he knew exactly where to drop us off at). The covered balcony was wonderful to relax and watch the waves of the ocean. The grounds were very well kept. If you use a rental company, Go punta cana real estate is the company to use!

We loved our stay at Playa Turquesa! Everything was perfect for our kids 1st time at a ocean. There was a bit of seaweed but they cleaned it up at all times of the day so it wasn't an issue at all. This is a very relaxing resort and the locals were great. We would definitely stay here again!

The K301 condo in Playa Turquesa was clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The resort itself is very quiet, but we did have loud music noise every night from a club across the street. Luckily it stopped promptly at 11:30 each night, so it wasn't an all night disruption. There are several good restaurants within a very short walk. We highly recommend Huracan Cafe (just up the beach), Citrus, Wacamole and Dalias (on the street side of the resort). As a final note, despite all of the resent news surrounding tourists in Punta Cana, we felt extremely safe the entire time we were there, and neither of us fell ill in any way during our stay.

The staff were extremely accomodating and helpful when we checked into the condo. The condo was clean and had a nice layout for a family or two couples. The location was great for walking to restaurants and the beach. No need to leave the property, except to play golf.

I’m so happy we chose this rental for our Punta Cana trip!

We traveled with our 3 very young kids and we all had an absolute blast. The unit was very close to the beach and steps away from one of the pools. The beds and couch were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the AC and WiFi worked great. The complex was really beautiful and felt very secure. There were some great restaurants a short walk away and the markets near by had basically everything we needed. The drinks at the beach bar were delicious and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone that worked on the grounds was just super super friendly, including the people at Go Punta Cana. I really appreciated how thorough and professional they were throughout the entire process, making check-in/check-out completely seamless. The only cons I can think of were that there was a loud bar/restaurant behind the unit, that played music until about 11 each night. We had a white noise machine for our baby that muted out most of the noise but without that it would’ve been pretty loud in their room. This obviously wouldn’t be an issue for people without kids or who go to bed later. It was also a little crazy walking outside of the complex with kids (narrow streets with traffic).

Pictures make unit look bigger than it is. Unit also needs some updating. I wouldn't call the master bedroom "elegant" as described. The unit is simply furnished. The freezer took 2 days to make ice. We will definitely come back again to this property but probably not to this unit.

We were overall happy with our stay. We had a couple minor issues management was very quick to fix. Our only two complaints are there are no screens on the windows which let's a lot of bugs in. It also makes you run the air conditioning more to cool the condo off which you pay for at the end with electricity costs. The other is the outdoor patio furniture needs to be updated. The view and breeze is beautiful, but it's difficult to spend much time on the patio with the uncomfortable furniture. A lot of other condos have wonderful outdoor furniture to enjoy your space outside so an update is needed.

The location is good, you can access many restaurants from Playa Turquesa. We enjoyed a bakery right across from the main gate called Delices Francais, the TOC bar on the beach at Playa Turquesa serves great beach food and frozen drinks and Citrus, a restaurant next to BAM is worth going to. We had the driver stop at the grocery store on the way in from the airport for breakfast and lunch supplies, as the little market on the property, BAM, will not be enough if you plan to make a lot of meals in the condo. There is another market around the corner from BAM as well that has a little more stock. The only negative is not about the unit itself, but the noise you can hear from the bars at night. We brought earplugs and ran the fan at night and that helped and it was March (spring break) so not sure if it is always that noisy. Book your excursions with the people on the beach - they will be happy to help. A man comes by selling fruit during the day on the beach and he has great pineapples, mango, bananas, etc. Everyone very friendly and they will take no for an answer. The condo shows a little wear but very clean. They provided beach towels as well. We bought our five gallon water bottles from BAM market, and they will deliver it to your condo.

This one bedroom unit was exceptionally clean and beautifully located. We injoyed the ground floor. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the livingroom couch (pullout) also. Overall it was as nice as our rental in Florida. Security guards were nonintrusive and respectful and the property was safe.
There were at least 10 nice restaurants very close by! Meals cost about the same as in Canada, and we loved the food everywhere.
The little restaurant on the property's beach is owned by an outside company, and was a bit pricey, but excellent.
There were not many people around (May 2-12) and we loved the tranquility. Pools very clean and nice temperature.
We would return..and to the same unit.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this condo and had a fantastic vacation. Playa Turquesa has beautiful pools a great beach and the grounds are so clean and well kept. The people are very friendly which gave it a homey feel. The condo itself was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The king sized bed and other furnishings was very comfortable.
AC worked very well with one in the main area and another in the bedroom. The beach towels do need replacing but they did the job. B103 is a ground floor unit which we liked. We would walk out the patio door and go for a swim in the pool or the ocean. The location of this condo is not beach front which was good because we got a nice breeze without feeling wind blown. We felt very safe in this complex. Security was great.
Just outside the gate are a bunch of restaurants with live music every night. The grocery store is a block away with a bigger grocery store a short cab ride away. We will be back.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay in Playa Turquesa B103 in the El Cortecito part of Bavaro/Punta Cana. The apartment is located on the first (ground) floor of a 4-story building which is part of a gated community. The place is very secure and the grounds are well maintained. There are two nice pools inside the perimeter which is a good alternative to going to the beach. However, the best part was the private beach, only 100-yard walk from the apartment. The staff makes sure no one else other than the residents and tenants can stay on the beachfront. We visited in the first half of May in the low season and everything was perfect: the weather was beautiful, quite hot consistently, the water was warm and no seaweed. There was barely any people staying in the apartments around us so we had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach and at the pool. We also enjoyed the patio of the apartment which was in the shade all afternoon and provided a relief during the high heat of the day. There is a small grocery store just outside the gate and several good restaurants/eateries in walking distance.

Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities as advertised. It is not too big but more than enough for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and great to have coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this place. We would not stay anywhere else if we visited Punta Cana in the future.

Very nice condo for 2 people. One slept on bed and the other couch. Both quite comfortable. No ocean view, but close enough for a short walk to beach. There was some noise from neighboring areas, but after 10:00pm nice and quiet.

This place is in a great location. The units were clean and if we needed anything they were very accommodating. The pools were nice here and even though you are not supposed to save chairs there are people still trying to. This complex is also on the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs available. There is also a toilet right at the beach for the complex people only. Very clean bathrooms. The complex is in a great location as restaurants were very close and the city bus was close and easy to catch to go go to the big grocery store. If you prefer you can buy right near the condo and the prices are not too bad. Great place to stay and nice and clean!!

Our entire experience from booking our condo to enjoying the location was awesome. The staff at Go Punta Cana were attentive, efficient and friendly. We had a great holiday stay in this first floor condo. Perfect size for the 3 of us. The sofa makes into a bed too. Plenty of towels & bedding. Nice having a washer and dryer.....Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for preparing food. Decent enough grocery store directly in front of the office selling food/beer/wine.........Don't forget to pick up paper towels, toilet paper (no spare rolls) & soap, (runs out fast), spices etc. There is a BBQ grill and they do sell meats, etc. at the grocery across the street. We felt it to be a safe environment and saw security staff often. Family friendly place. Quiet (except occasionally could hear music from next resort over...but it never bothered us).
We were located between the 2 pools & really close to the beach....maybe 2 minute walk. Plenty of beach loungers, seaweed was cleaned off the beach a few times while we were here. We were never hassled by anyone. Bar & food service at the beach....food is from Citrus Restaurant..... We also ate at Citrus Restaurant and the ?Cuban Restaurant (next to the grocery store) and enjoyed them both.
Dealt with both Carla and Annie from Realestate company and they were both very helpful & professional. Also, the staff at the front office were great! They helped us to set up a couple of side trips as our Spanish is no good. Taxi to and from the airport was arranged for us on both ends; Victor was on time always & on our arrival dropped us at a big grocery store.

Playa Turquesa is my favorite place to stay for rentals in Punta Cana. The location is perfect, has 2 pools and is right on the ocean with shade and beach chairs. The best part is that it's a short walk thru the parking lot to the local Bam Market store and other shops and Restaurants.
B103 - I enjoyed this unit, it had everything we needed to prepare food, sleep, shower etc. Very well maintained and has all your needs.
The staff at Playa Turquesa has always been friendly and helpful.
Also, I have booked thru Go Punta Cana Real Estate working with Carla and Annie. Both have always been so helpful, friendly and are a joy to work with. They are always available if you need anything. I look forward to seeing them with each visit.

Great experience from pick up at the airport, and seamless arrangements made to let us in the condo as we arrived later in the evening. Punta Cana real estate staff highly effecient and organized from the booking process right through to departing the condo.Very responsive to our questions, all information was provided to us.The condo was huge for 2 people, the amenities especially the bbq was fantastic-we used it frequently. We have never had a BBQ to use in any condos we have rented in any other place we have travelled to so this was greatly appreciated. King bed was very comfortable, kitchen well supplied. The property was immaculate and the fellows were cleaning everyday around the property. Carla provided great customer service to us during our stay. The beach is gorgeous, turquiose warm water, and this property has a large beach area with plenty of lounge chairs. However shade is minimal a few palm trees maybe 5 is the only shade, and you have to arrive early to get a shady spot or later in the afternoon. The 2 pools are quite large, again only a few umbrellas for 2 pools, so arrive early if you need shade. I would recommend to buy a few umbrellas and same for beach if possible. Not a negative just we like to have the shade option when it is hot. I would highly recommend this property and this company!

We had a wonderful time at Playa Turquesa B103!

The check in and check out process was handled very quickly by the Go Punta Cana team.

The condo is very well kept, and has most everything that you would need. Most notably, there is a great selection of cooking equipment to make meal preparation easy and get back to enjoying the beach.

The property is very well furnished, the bed is very comfortable, and all of the other furniture was in great condition and comfortable.

We did have one issue with a small repair that was needed, but the Go Punta Cana team had it resolved in a very short time, less than a couple of hours. That was very impressive from our experiences at other places.

We found the property to be within 3-5 minutes of walking to everywhere we needed to go. This included grocery stores and meat shops for breakfast and lunch, as well as many great restaurants that we enjoyed for dinner.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The TOC beach bar on the property had an excellent staff of bartenders and hosts. They also had live music on the beach many of the nights we were there.

Overall, it was a great property for a very reasonable price, and the freedom to do whatever you wanted.

We have told many people about our trip, and we will definitely be coming back soon!

This one bedroom unit was exceptionally clean and beautifully located. We injoyed the ground floor. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the livingroom couch (pullout) also. Overall it was as nice as our rental in Florida. Security guards were nonintrusive and respectful and the property was safe.
There were at least 10 nice restaurants very close by! Meals cost about the same as in Canada, and we loved the food everywhere.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay in Playa Turquesa B103 in the El Cortecito part of Bavaro/Punta Cana. The apartment is located on the first (ground) floor of a 4-story building which is part of a gated community. The place is very secure and the grounds are well maintained. There are two nice pools inside the perimeter which is a good alternative to going to the beach. However, the best part was the private beach, only 100-yard walk from the apartment. The staff makes sure no one else other than the residents and tenants can stay on the beachfront. We visited in the first half of May in the low season and everything was perfect: the weather was beautiful, quite hot consistently, the water was warm and no seaweed. There was barely any people staying in the apartments around us so we had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach and at the pool. We also enjoyed the patio of the apartment which was in the shade all afternoon and provided a relief during the high heat of the day. There is a small grocery store just outside the gate and several good restaurants/eateries in walking distance.

Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities as advertised. It is not too big but more than enough for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and great to have coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this place. We would not stay anywhere else if we visited Punta Cana in the future.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this condo and had a fantastic vacation. Playa Turquesa has beautiful pools a great beach and the grounds are so clean and well kept. The people are very friendly which gave it a homey feel. The condo itself was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The king sized bed and other furnishings was very comfortable.
AC worked very well with one in the main area and another in the bedroom. The beach towels do need replacing but they did the job. B103 is a ground floor unit which we liked. We would walk out the patio door and go for a swim in the pool or the ocean. The location of this condo is not beach front which was good because we got a nice breeze without feeling wind blown. We felt very safe in this complex. Security was great.
Just outside the gate are a bunch of restaurants with live music every night. The grocery store is a block away with a bigger grocery store a short cab ride away. We will be back.

Hosts were amazing, above and beyond service! Go Punta cana vacations is where I would start my search for next trip to D.R. I rarely find service I would call excellent, this time would would be one. Excellent place, staff, and suite.
Only negative is that I don’t speak enough Spanish, but that’s on me.

This place is in a great location. The units were clean and if we needed anything they were very accommodating. The pools were nice here and even though you are not supposed to save chairs there are people still trying to. This complex is also on the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs available. There is also a toilet right at the beach for the complex people only. Very clean bathrooms. The complex is in a great location as restaurants were very close and the city bus was close and easy to catch to go go to the big grocery store. If you prefer you can buy right near the condo and the prices are not too bad. Great place to stay and nice and clean!!

Very nice condo for 2 people. One slept on bed and the other couch. Both quite comfortable. No ocean view, but close enough for a short walk to beach. There was some noise from neighboring areas, but after 10:00pm nice and quiet.

I have rented this condo twice now. It is the perfect size for a couple and very conveniently located close to the BAM market and many restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need. I would highly recommend this rental! You wont regret it.

We had a wonderful time at Playa Turquesa B103!

The check in and check out process was handled very quickly by the Go Punta Cana team.

The condo is very well kept, and has most everything that you would need. Most notably, there is a great selection of cooking equipment to make meal preparation easy and get back to enjoying the beach.

The property is very well furnished, the bed is very comfortable, and all of the other furniture was in great condition and comfortable.

We did have one issue with a small repair that was needed, but the Go Punta Cana team had it resolved in a very short time, less than a couple of hours. That was very impressive from our experiences at other places.

We found the property to be within 3-5 minutes of walking to everywhere we needed to go. This included grocery stores and meat shops for breakfast and lunch, as well as many great restaurants that we enjoyed for dinner.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The TOC beach bar on the property had an excellent staff of bartenders and hosts. They also had live music on the beach many of the nights we were there.

Overall, it was a great property for a very reasonable price, and the freedom to do whatever you wanted.

We have told many people about our trip, and we will definitely be coming back soon!

this a very great location for do it yourselfers, this is an older place building has electric problems, TV and internet went out twice during our 2 week stay, toaster caught fire, but management people were great in immediately addressing needs, Carla was magnificent in helping my personal needs !! (back issues)

Great experience from pick up at the airport, and seamless arrangements made to let us in the condo as we arrived later in the evening. Punta Cana real estate staff highly effecient and organized from the booking process right through to departing the condo.Very responsive to our questions, all information was provided to us.The condo was huge for 2 people, the amenities especially the bbq was fantastic-we used it frequently. We have never had a BBQ to use in any condos we have rented in any other place we have travelled to so this was greatly appreciated. King bed was very comfortable, kitchen well supplied. The property was immaculate and the fellows were cleaning everyday around the property. Carla provided great customer service to us during our stay. The beach is gorgeous, turquiose warm water, and this property has a large beach area with plenty of lounge chairs. However shade is minimal a few palm trees maybe 5 is the only shade, and you have to arrive early to get a shady spot or later in the afternoon. The 2 pools are quite large, again only a few umbrellas for 2 pools, so arrive early if you need shade. I would recommend to buy a few umbrellas and same for beach if possible. Not a negative just we like to have the shade option when it is hot. I would highly recommend this property and this company!

The resort was great and the little restaurant on the beach BBQ Party had the most fresh and delicious food I've eaten on a vacation! The staff were very friendly and helpful; Mariella was sweet! I'd definitely recommend this resort to anyone and would stay here again.

We had a great holiday stay in this first floor condo. Perfect size for the 3 of us. The sofa makes into a bed too. Plenty of towels & bedding. Nice having a washer and dryer.....Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for preparing food. Decent enough grocery store directly in front of the office selling food/beer/wine.........Don't forget to pick up paper towels, toilet paper (no spare rolls) & soap, (runs out fast), spices etc. There is a BBQ grill and they do sell meats, etc. at the grocery across the street. We felt it to be a safe environment and saw security staff often. Family friendly place. Quiet (except occasionally could hear music from next resort over...but it never bothered us).
We were located between the 2 pools & really close to the beach....maybe 2 minute walk. Plenty of beach loungers, seaweed was cleaned off the beach a few times while we were here. We were never hassled by anyone. Bar & food service at the beach....food is from Citrus Restaurant..... We also ate at Citrus Restaurant and the ?Cuban Restaurant (next to the grocery store) and enjoyed them both.
Dealt with both Carla and Annie from Realestate company and they were both very helpful & professional. Also, the staff at the front office were great! They helped us to set up a couple of side trips as our Spanish is no good. Taxi to and from the airport was arranged for us on both ends; Victor was on time always & on our arrival dropped us at a big grocery store.
