The apartment is large. Comfortable enough for 5-6 people. Well equipped. One day the main’s room A/C stopped cooling and in 24 hours they changed the unit for one brand new. Please be aware that this apartment is in the 3rd floor with no elevator. That can be an issue for someone not able to climb stairs.

The unit is large, clean and extremelly well equipped for the renters. We had everything needed for our short 2 week stay. One think I would say is the communication before sending either the management petsonels or technicianneed to be set to prevent either one of them to come multiple time. An agreement with day and time before sending people to the unit is important as most people renting the unit are their for vacation therefor going on the beach. With that said we had a water leek problem in the kitchen wich was fixe right away, thank you. All 3 materas are really really hard, we could not get a good sleep for a few days a we like it a little more soft.

The unit was nice and modern. The decor was pleasant. The unit had almost everything you may need for your stay. There was an issue with the freezer but each time, the office did promptly respond and send the technician out and the issue was finally resolved. There was constant onsite security which was a plus except for the one evening around 8 pm when we were talking and laughing in the living room and the guard who had been sitting near the pool area came upstairs to knock on the door to tell us to quiet down. We were a bit surprised because it's not like we were playing loud music or having a party, just laughing & talking. My only recommendations would be to possibly reconsider the check out time which is early at 10am sharp and also put a full body length mirror in one or both of the downstairs bedrooms. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again!! I travel to DR often and hope this unit will be available for my stay next time! Thanks!

The unit was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. With all the ceiling fans and the nice breeze there wasn't much of a need to use the air conditioner and for six days our electricity bill was only $25. The apartment complex had a gate and 24 hour security so I felt safe at all times. The beach was super close and restaurants too. Make sure you stop at the supermarket to stock up on water and toilet paper. I would definitely go back it was my dream apartment

S man kan alltid sitta ute i bde sol o skugga. Poolen var frsch o det var lugnt. Nra till strand o flera restauranger inom 10 min gngavstnd. En mexikansk restaurang som ligger i samma kvarter rekommenderas, den var fantastisk! Elen betalas separat, vi var fem personer och anvnde bara flktar o lampor, ingen AC. Fr 6 dygn kostade det 17 dollar. Mycket mindre n vi frvntade s vi fick tillbaka resten av depositionen. Man kan ven sjlv kolla elmtaren om man vill ha koll. Smidig kontakt med Go Punta Cana. Vi kom sent s vi fick nyckeln i ett hngls p drren och blev incheckade dagen efter. Fick d ocks info om taxi, guagua, affrer o restauranger. Allt gick vldigt smidigt! Vi var jttenjda med allt!

the apartment was fantastic everything was as described. our biggest grief is with the separate electricity charge. This charge should be included in the rate of the room.

There were 7 of us that stayed in this condo for two weeks. Size was perfect plus 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. The kitchen is small with no dishwasher and we didn't have a toaster but realized later we could have asked for one. Upstairs patio has comfortable furniture and a BBQ. Lots of Canadians stayed here during our stay and we had a great time at the pool meeting people. The walk to the beach was easy - and the public beach was as beautiful as any of the resorts. Would have been nice if the condo had chairs and a cooler that we could take to the beach. The security staff were also very nice and was a comfort knowing they were there even though we had no safety issues the whole time we were in Punta Cana. We used the bus several times to go to Palma Real which was only about $1 CDN way better than a taxi for $15 CDN. Restaurants at the plaza were great we ate at Citrus a few times. Bam Market was handy for one off groceries but we bought most of our stuff at the Super Lama at Palma Real. Overall would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

The rental property at Estrella Del Mar is great! The condo is new and very clean. The swimming pool is very clean as well as the grounds. The bedrooms are very modern. I would have liked a bigger kitchen as there were sometimes three or four of us trying to get something and it was a little tight. It is close to the beach, restaurants and markets. It would have been nice to have the property management on site, but they were very helpful when you called or e-mailed them. You have to have your own phone or computer/ipad to communicate. You have to pay to make a call so I would suggest bringing a laptop or iPad to communicate. The security does not speak any English, nor do much of the markets so do your research if you are going to buy anything from the stores. Please bring toilet paper! The only thing we did not like was that you were not allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. As well, you have to take out your own trash!

It was a very nice condo to stay at with 3 couples so we each had our own bedrooms with queen or King size beds and our own bathrooms. It was a good central location and we were able to easily walk to many restaurants, stores, and beaches. There was one hair dryer and ample kitchen dishes/utensils. There were no extras like salt and pepper or laundry soap, which is fine because it wasn't expected but it would've been nice. We used much less electricity than the deposit required so received a refund at the end. The property was nice and we enjoyed the swimming pools and BBQs. We did have some misunderstanding or something when we organized our transportation from the airport from their drivers and were at the airport for quite awhile on arrival, but it was very smooth on our return trip. We had a great time in the DR and the people are great. We would definitely come back!

I will NEVER stay at a resort again. Estrella del Mar has completely changed the way I travel. The property is beautiful, clean and very quiet. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beach is less than 10 minutes away (walking). Restaurants, supermarkets, hair and nail salon, all of it is within walking distance.

Excellent place, very secure, clean and quiet. Had the best vacation ever. Forget resorts, a condo and this one in specific is the best option and Punta Cana or Bavaro was excellent. Many things to do, many places to eat and a lot of entertainment. Thanks guys

My Vacation Rental Experience with my family was simply delightful. The property was clean and well-maintained, The employees were very kind and helping, The property was in tip-top shape, nothing damaged or destroyed. I did enjoy the pool outside and the restaurants the resort had to offer, The beaches were beautiful, The malls were attracting, and the service was excellent. I would say it is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. there are many stores and restaurants in walking distance. The pool and grounds were always very clean so if you didn't feel like going to the beach it was very enjoyable to hang out by the pool. We had the penthouse and it was wonderful. The upstairs bedroom is hugh. We loved it!

Our experience was fully satisfactory. Everything was just as presented by Go Punta Cana Vacations. Corte Sea is a 30 apartment complex located 10 minutes away from the beach. Our C-101 unit was large with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was fully equiped and very clean. The only essential equipment missing, if you are beach lovers, was beach chairs. Despite chairs are supposely available at restaurants and bars on the beach, they are not easy to find. Luckily, our Go Punta Cana agent was responsive to our request and hand delivered us 2 chairs. The Corte Sea has a nice large pool which, along with the grounds, are always well maintained. We strongly recommend the Corte Sea.

Having vacationed with two young kids, the highlight of the complex was the pool which, along with the grounds were maintained nicely. The overall operation of the complex was superb, which included a security guard nightly, and its close walking proximity to the beach, market and bus line contributed to an enjoyable vacation. The apartment (C101) was very spacious and accommodated us (5 guests) perfectly, well stocked with towels, kitchen gadgets, pots, plates, cups, etc. as well as equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, AC and ceiling fans, the latter of which sufficed to keep the rooms cool. While an electricity deposit was required at check in, our total bill came to a mere $22 for 9 nights, not bad if one consumes reasonably. The only issue we encountered during our stay was dealing with pesky mosquitos that would find their way in as the screen doors and windows did not provide a tight seal against the doors and windows. Other than that, this was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Our family arrived at 3 separate times and were picked up at the airport as requested and arranged with the management. The taxi company that works alongside the rental property was very helpful and accommodating; available 24/7. We were indeed walking distance from groceries, shops, and dining. We didn't find ourselves over paying for too many things. The most difficult shopping aspect is the DR Peso vs. US Dollar when paying for items. Our condo was supposed to sleep 8, as stated in the description of the condo, but unless you plan to double up this is difficult. We travelled with children aged 9-21 boys and girls and found sleeping a challenge as we had 3 girls and 3 boys. Our electricity was pay-per consumption and with 3 air conditioners going every night and 1 use of the washer and dryer we received a partial deposit back. The free wifi is a nice addition although was not always working well, unfortunately. We were pleasantly surprised when a bug exterminator came and sprayed the bushes which had mosquitos after a rainy day. Overall the property is lovely, the pool is large and has a wading area as well as a shallow and deep end.

Clean and safe place, whit a nice furnitured appartement. The fitnessroom ist not in a good condition, it needs here some reparations or new engines... The securitystaff is very friendly, and the way to the beach is only a few minutes to walk. The property management was friendly but not so professional, for the the check in we have to wait in front of the office to officehours, for the check out has the responsability person forgot us and we miss the buss to the capital.

Did not know what to expect...but we were blown away by the beauty of the condo n complex!!! The staff was so professional and helpful, even allowing us to check a little early do some unexpected scheduling changes!! It is truly a short enjoyable walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on earth. When they said everything we could need/want was close they aren't lying!! Stores,shops,restaurants are a stones throw away!!! Karla and Anny are some of the nicest professional people in the business. We have had such a great experience that we have already began planning our next trip which will include the wonderful staff at & The Corte Sea

The Appartment was like it was described: Fully equiped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. The Staff who welcomed us the next day was friendly and could gave us some advice for our stay.
Unfortuanatly in one of the bedrooms there was only one bed, so on of us 4 had to sleep on the couch, but it was okay.
The garden and pool area was very looked after and very clean. The walk to the beach was 5 to 10 minutes but most of the beaches were private hotel-beaches, so we had to search a little bit untill we found a spot to stay...
Overall a good place to stay if you don't need the all-inclusive luxus of a hotel.

We had a wonderful time at our rental. At first I was worried because it was my first time booking with this agency but everything went smoothly. We were greeted and shown around the property. Scott was nice enough to tell is where to shop and visit. The unit was lovely. It was extremely clean with a great view of the pool. We loves our stay and will def be staying here on our next visit. There was 24 hour security who were also very helpful.

The condo is spacious and as described. It really is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Chairs are not provided, but would be handy. The complex is secure, and there is always a security guard on duty. We had a rental car, so getting groceries was not a problem. I recommend getting a car to find the better restaurants and to get out of the resort zone. The kitchen is stocked for basic cooking needs. There is a grill by the pool. If you only run the fans, not the AC, you can get most of you electric deposit back. We booked a tour through El Tour Caribe to Samana. The whales were amazing. I would definitely rent through Go Punta Cana real estate again.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from Bavaro beach, everything You need for cooking at home is here, 24/7 guarded area, parking space if You rent a car, fresh fruits and foodstore at Your way home from beach ;) Loved our stay there! We stayed here with 6 adults and 1 baby and it was the perfect space! Very affordable and generally comfortable. Management was very responsive and helpful at all times. The management was prompt and responsive.

more apartments,so guess what they worked day and evening.


Overall we were comfortable, don’t forget trash bags , laundry supplies and be ready to walk up flights if stairs.

Ironic Title Beach

The Residence was very nice and clean, as well as the outside grounds and swimming pool. We stayed in B6, which was on the top floor, with a roof top terrace. As nice as it was, it was about three flights of stairs to climb, which is a lot when carrying luggage and grocery. That end of Bavaro Beach was disgustingly full of seaweed. However, we walked further down the beach towards one of the larger resorts, I believe was NOW Larimar which was very clean and barely no seaweed. The condo was in walking distance to great little restaurants with great food, Citris is a must visit for a great meal and Dahalia's offered great pastries. Towels were provided but no wash cloths so be sure to bring some with you. The WiFi worked half the time, but we never reported it b/c we just thought it would pop back on eventually. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash your dishes and no garbage disposal. The electric was very expensive so be mindful of your usage when there because you will be charged a cash deposit upon arrival and any additional cost upon leaving depending on the meter reading (this is the downside vs staying in a hotel). Management was great; we needed light bulbs changed and the guy was there within minutes to replace them. The one thing I must complain about is a lot of the white towels should be replaced. It was mentioned upon signing in, that a missing towel would be $30 US dollars, REALLY, for towels that looked like they were worth $30 pesos. Overall, would I stay here again, YES!, just maybe on a lower floor, lol

Wifi was a little spotty at times and we didn't always have hot water but for the most part, this condo was fantastic. Clean, great location, good size for all eight of us to be comfortable. Would definitely stay her again and recommend to others as a great place to stay.

Our time spent in Punta Cana (4 nights) was absolutely amazing for our group (7 ppl). I was a little hesitant about the services offered vs provided, but I can assure you that the condo is actually nicer in person that the pictures convey. The staff was extremely professional and gave us all the information we needed. When I travel abroad, correct information and convenience are critical for my trip to be fun, and I have nothing but high marks for this property and its managers. From the initial greeting to the services we needed mid trip to the closeout process, this was an extremely professional team. Thank you!!! I know the 7 of us were not the easiest but you made our time in Punta Cana one that will be tough to duplicate. The outdoor areas (pool and patios) are excellent, and location is walking location to the beach and many restaurants. The beach did have excess seaweed however. The restaurants close by (we tried 4) were all excellent. I guess the highest compliment I could give is that I would do this trip over in a heartbeat....same condo, same location, next time though I would stay for longer. The unit was even more stunning in person, I stayed at Los Corales in a penthouse with a beautiful view of the ocean. The tenants were very nice & helpful by offering suggestions on where to get good food and must do activities, I would definitely recommend this location.

We spend 11 days at Beach Residence B6. Wonderful location and property.
Plenty of room for a big group ( It was only 7 of us and was more than plenty space) beautiful decor, furnishings. Large bedrooms with wonderful wardrobes or walking closets, plenty of towels including beach towels and change of sheets if necesary. Location is superb, Canoa ( the restaurant just next door right on the beach) is very convenient as well as the all inclusive to the right ( as you face the ocean) that has that buit water breake that stops seaweed from coming. The little plaza where BAM market and Citrus cafe ( best restaurant in town) are is a convinient spot for dinning and groceries shopping. Anything that you need is at walking distance.
We had a problems, on the 24th, yes Xmas eve, in the afternoon when all locals went to their families to celebrate i noticed a strong gas smell in the laundry room. Even though the office was closed Anny send me a technician to fix it on a beat considering that this person was already home with his family an hour away.
The other problem we encounter was that the whole building run out of water one afternoon, I learned later that was a problem generated by a broken piece on the water pump and the security guard did not comunicate early enough with the building manager, but as soon as i contacted Anny she started to move things along and a couple of hours later the problem was solved.
The office at GoPuntaCana really does an awesome job at taking care of their guest, we can not be happier about the experience and stay.
We definately consider Beach Residence again and ofcurse GoPuntaCana for our next time there.??

Close to the beach, very light, roomy, everything you need. Due possibly to the saltiness, some of the fixtures seemed a bit "worn", but still workable.
The description was exactly as the residence was, no surprises. Supermarket close by over priced as was one of the nearby restaurants (adapting exchange rates as they choose), but that happens at all tourist spots, so to be expected. Suggest a car rental so as to be able to explore other beaches (Juanillo, Bayahibe and Macao for example).
As a forewarning, all the water in the apartment is slightly salty, definitely not for drinking or cooking - you have to buy your own at the supermarket nearby - they deliver.

The property was so close to the beach and absolutely beautiful! While there are no amenities on the property, there is a fantastic restaurant at the end of the street right on the beach that serves breakfast, lunch and great drinks. Also very close to a small shopping center that has a great restaurant,fun bar, market, bakery. The condo was spectacular. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed (and I've stayed in a lot of nice places!)

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Residency. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The location was an easy walk to BAM market and several restaurants, Citrus being the best. B-6 is on the third floor and no elevator. Drinking was is available in the local stores but the best source is to get it from the staff. For a few $ they will bring 5 gal. Bottle to your unit. The bar on the beach is very accommodating and has a good lunch. As a customer you can use the loungers. The local club is very loud but they close at 11 pm.
The pool is nice and a good way to rinse off salt. They have a separate shower for rinsing off sand. We had as many as 5 adults and never felt crowded. Had a problem with mosquitos but staff responded with insecticide very quickly. A lot of the screens don't fit very well but overall the mosquitos weren't much of a problem.
For groceries definitely have the driver stop at the supermarket. You can also ride the local bus to the Super Polo Market for a few pesos.

We really enjoyed out stay at this property. The listing was very accurate in terms of appearance, amenities, and location. The property is beautiful. It's literally a 2 minute walk from the beach. 5 minute walk to the nearby grocery store, and there's a great authentic Dominican restaurant at the end of the block. Every room is equipped with an AC unit, but we only ran ours at night to sleep and took advantage of the nice cross-breezes at night. We had no problems with the unit and the rental company was very responsive any time we reached out. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was everything the pictures showed it to be.The unit was beautiful and had lots of room.The roof top was great with chairs for sun bathing or an area for sitting in the shade. The bed rooms are large and nicely furnished.The living room is plenty spacious with a large TV and DVD player. The kitchen is a little small compared to the rest of the unit . The owner could use some utensils . A plastic spatula for the fry pans. And a water picture container or 2 to pour the Five gallon water bottles into for serving .
This unit is within 350 feet of the Ocean!!!
Talk to the other tenants in the other units . They can help you with where to shop from dinning to alcohol to groceries. You can get water jugs at the green bldg store across the street at the end of the road . 50 to 55 pesos for a jug . The Alaska container has to be exchanged @ the super polo or Alaska bottling company about 6 blocks past the super polo threw the stop lights and past Don Locas cigar factory . . Its 32 pesaos @ their site .
We had a great time while we were down there and look forward to going back next year.

Apartment is stylish and well laid out with two separate sitting areas (which helped with spreading out out for remote work/school during pandemic). Having three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms was appreciated by our family. It is a very short walk to the beach and there are a variety of restaurants in the neighborhood within a short walk. Apartment was clean upon arrival and host was very responsive to any questions or maintenance requests. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment if staying in the Bavaro Beach area. Be aware that this area of Punta Cana is very noisy with neighbors blasting various music, shouting, loudspeakers, helicopters overhead doing tours during the day and resort parties (sometimes until 1am). We kept our windows open to catch the breeze rather than run the A/C all day. The other issue we had at this apartment was water pressure was inconsistent and you would get alternating hot and cold water during a shower. All things considered, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment.

Me and my family had an amazing time. The property was spacious and clean. It was 9 of us and it was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax. The location was excellent. A quiet little street 3 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute ride to the nightlife. Ac and wifi were excellent, the only issue we had was the water stopped working a few times, but management worked quickly to address the issue. Overall i would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends! Big thumbs up!

We had a lovely time in Punta Cana. This was a 2 week stay. The property was very clean and kitchen well equipped. I would suggest the owner provide some trash bags, salt and pepper and sugar as some simple staples. Just an FYI to all potential clients, this property is up 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. We really tipped extra to our cab driver who hauled our luggage all the way to the top!! If you don't stay in one of the massive resorts it is very hard to find access to the beach. This property is just down an alley to the beach...also the beach view is only from the roof of this unit btw. I would suggest buying/taking your own chairs to use at the beach because all the chairs currently on the beach are owned by resorts and they run you off (and not very politely) if you are not a resident of their establishment...also you don't have access to bathrooms on the beach as there are no public bathrooms.

Overall good. Would like to have had toaster Water temperature was hot then cold and uneven pressure. Showers were not enjoyable.

The unit was even more stunning in person, I stayed at Los Corales in a penthouse with a beautiful view of the ocean. The tenants were very nice & helpful by offering suggestions on where to get good food and must do activities, I would definitely recommend this location.
