The grounds are lovely and very well kept. The one pool closest to our room was not open our whole stay which was disappointing. The guys at the security building were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Condo in Paradise!

We spent three weeks in this beautiful condo and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo itself is huge, in perfect shape and is very well appointed. The decor is tasteful and tropical. The air conditioning units located throughout the unit worked perfectly although we had them off most of the time and took advantage of the lovely breeze that cools the unit on most days. The unit is located a quick 10 minute walk or less to the beach, groceries, many restaurants and souvenir shopping. The grounds in the complex are immaculate with dedicated staff continually ensuring a park type setting. We would definitely go again.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at this lovely condo for a week in February. Everything was top notch! The condo is updated with beautiful furnishings and it is very large. We all had our own space and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The roof top patio was so nice to lounge on. The property itself is very safe and kept very clean and well maintained. The pool was never busy when we were there. We always had a beach chair. The little town outside the condo was fun to explore there are fantastic restaurants and neat little shops. We would definitely return!

We loved our accommodations, the condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a day staying in at the beautiful pools, barbecue dinner at home, or heading out to the beach for the day! It is situated in a great location, so we did not need to rent a car. We booked a ride from the airport to our condo. After we arrived to the condo it was an easy 4-8 min walk to the beach, mini marts, bars, restaurants, a good size grocery store that also sold wine and alcohol. It is also very easy to take a local bus to the Jumbo shopping market and take a cab back. We felt very safe, the condo is gated and has 24/7 security guards. The pools and condo grounds are very clean and well maintained.

Un séjour parfait au Estrella del mar. tout à très bien débuté avec des instructions précises reçues de Go Punta Cana(GPN). Transport de l’aéroport effectué par un chauffeur de confiance recommandé par GPN. Victor monte nos valises au troisième. Condo très grand et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il ne manque de rien. Puisqu’il s’agit de condo nous ne savons pas si tous les condos sont aussi bien équipés mais le G-5 est parfait. Petits détails d’accueil, des filtres à café pour le mois, un sac de glaçons purifiés, savons à vaisselle etc. Les matelas sont de haute qualité. Vous vous croyez chez vous. L’entretien du jardin et de la piscine est impeccable. Un jardinier y travaille à temps plein. Si vous passez près de lui avec un sac à vidanges il vous l’enlèvera des mains avec un grands sourire. À notre départ, nous voyant descendre nos valises, il est accouru pour le faire à notre place.les propriétaires des condos voisins sont charmants et très tranquilles. Le quartier est sécuritaire tout comme l’œstrale del mar surveillé 24/7 par des agents de sécurité. Trois balcons vous permettent de décider d’être assis paisiblement à l’ombre ou au soleil. La plage n’est pas très loin. Pour les déplacements plus longs, l’autobus est au coin de la rue. Un dépanneur est également au coin de la rue. Vous pourrez y acheter votre eau au 5 gallons qu’on vous livrera gratuitement. Les réservoirs en consigne sont déjà dans le condo, il n’y a qu’à faire l’échange. Bref un séjour extraordinaire facilité par le très grand professionnalisme de Go Punta Cana.

The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Personally we didn't like the location so much as it was more off the beach and center far more than we expected. Communication with the property management was excellent. They responded very fast and were giving helpful advice.

Transport de l’aéroport effectué par un chauffeur de confiance recommandé par GPN. Victor monte nos valises au troisième. Condo très grand et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il ne manque de rien. Puisqu’il s’agit de condo nous ne savons pas si tous les condos sont aussi bien équipés mais le G-5 est parfait. Petits détails d’accueil, des filtres à café pour le mois, un sac de glaçons purifiés, savons à vaisselle etc. Les matelas sont de haute qualité. Vous vous croyez chez vous. L’entretien du jardin et de la piscine est impeccable. Un jardinier y travaille à temps plein. Si vous passez près de lui avec un sac à vidanges il vous l’enlèvera des mains avec un grands sourire. À notre départ, nous voyant descendre nos valises, il est accouru pour le faire à notre place.les propriétaires des condos voisins sont charmants et très tranquilles. Le quartier est sécuritaire tout comme l’œstrale del mar surveillé 24/7 par des agents de sécurité. Trois balcons vous permettent de décider d’être assis paisiblement à l’ombre ou au soleil. La plage n’est pas très loin. Pour les déplacements plus longs, l’autobus est au coin de la rue. Un dépanneur est également au coin de la rue. Vous pourrez y acheter votre eau au 5 gallons qu’on vous livrera gratuitement. Les réservoirs en consigne sont déjà dans le condo, il n’y a qu’à faire l’échange. Bref un séjour extraordinaire facilité par le très grand professionnalisme de Go Punta Cana.

The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Personally we didn't like the location so much as it was more off the beach and center far more than we expected. Communication with the property management was excellent. They responded very fast and were giving helpful advice.

Top notch. From the ride to and from the airport to guest services. Security was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view. Great pool. We had an employee from the bar next door deliver drinks while we were in the pool. Great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Citrus Grill and for a short uber check out Noah. You can take many excursions from the beach. Everyone has a hustle but respects your space. Just remember they are trying to make a living so be respectful... and always negotiate.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the rental. I was clean, well furnished, and was a great location. The morning view with my coffee. The morning walks on the beach steps away from the unit. We had a great time and a much need getaway in paradise.

The condo location is absolutely perfect. When you sit on the balcony, you have a direct view of the ocean and it is windy enough that you do need to run the air condition. In the master bedroom, you can ear the sea which is very soothing. With regards to buying food and other necessities; if you eat at the condo, the BAM market is totally useless. The supermarket Ciccolella is the only option you have if you are walking and otherwise, you have to take a taxi to go to the Super Lama or the Jumbo but it cost 10 to 15$US each way. The cookware, utensils and wine glasses are quite basic and limited. We did not use the air conditioning and electricity cost was only 20$US per week. If you need the air conditioning, you can set it individually for each room as you need it. Of course, since we kept the doors and windows opened, you do get some bug bites but manageable.

We have insects in Dominican Republic (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches and bugs). You also will see occasionally frogs and geckos in Dominican Republic around the vegetation everywhere. The insects/bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside. We do pest control and spray the interior and exterior regularly. As long as you keep all the doors/windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get in. Top notch. From the ride to and from the airport to guest services. Security was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view. Great pool. We had an employee from the bar next door deliver drinks while we were in the pool. Great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Citrus Grill and for a short uber check out Noah. You can take many excursions from the beach. Everyone has a hustle but respects your space. Just remember they are trying to make a living so be respectful... and always negotiate.

The condo location is absolutely perfect. When you sit on the balcony, you have a direct view of the ocean and it is windy enough that you do need to run the air condition. In the master bedroom, you can ear the sea which is very soothing. With regards to buying food and other necessities; if you eat at the condo, the BAM market is totally useless. The supermarket Ciccolella is the only option you have if you are walking and otherwise, you have to take a taxi to go to the Super Lama or the Jumbo but it cost 10 to 15$US each way. The cookware, utensils and wine glasses are quite basic and limited. We did not use the air conditioning and electricity cost was only 20$US per week. If you need the air conditioning, you can set it individually for each room as you need it. Of course, since we kept the doors and windows opened, you do get some bug bites but manageable.

We have insects in Dominican Republic (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches and bugs). You also will see occasionally frogs and geckos in Dominican Republic around the vegetation everywhere. The insects/bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside. We do pest control and spray the interior and exterior regularly. As long as you keep all the doors/windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get in. My wife and I were very satisfied with the rental. I was clean, well furnished, and was a great location. The morning view with my coffee. The morning walks on the beach steps away from the unit. We had a great time and a much need getaway in paradise.

This was our first time doing a vacation rental vs an all-inclusive or cruise for a Caribbean vacation and we were very satisfied. We enjoyed learning about the local people, eating in fabulous restaurants close by and a more flexible, relaxing daily schedule. The unit was very spacious, a lovely rooftop patio and in a good location. A few downsides are that you have to purchase drinking water, hot water is limited, no beach chairs and you also pay for electricity used beyond $10/day. I would definately return to this location.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Beach Residency. The kitchen had most of the necessities. The bed was very comfortable.
Being this close to the beach was a definite bonus. Restaurants and grocery stores were all within a short distance.
Only downside was the window screens were in need of repair. The mosquitoes this winter were bad and it was hard to keep them out if you left the windows open.
