Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! To limit interaction, we will provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit. We are committed to ensuring you have a fantastic stay, and are available if you need additional information. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Electricity Is Included in the Rental Price (27 nights or less)
Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$500 electricity deposit). Electricity charges will be based on consumption and deducted from deposit. Refunds will be processed 48 hours after check out.
Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. Our cleaning cost is a fixed, one-time fee, regardless of the length of the booking.
We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

We had the best time!! Best Birthday vacation ever! The condo was absolutely perfect and amazing! I cannot even give the words of excellence to all of the staff!! Everyone is above and beyond of wonderful! Thank you so much to all of the beach, bar and pool staff!! You are the most amazing friends! We had a first experience at the Playa Turquesa complex 10 years ago. We were curious to see how the facilities had evolved over the last 10 years. We were pleased to see that the facilities had been well maintained. Our condo had been recently renovated and had all the equipment that we could wish for. The GoPuntaCana team was available to make our stay pleasant and was very responsive to our requests. Playa Turquesa is very well located right on the beach. A grocery store, several money exchange offices and many excellent restaurants can be found in a short walking distance. The only source of aggravation came from the loud music played at the restaurant bar located right across the street, which played some nights till 02:00 in the morning.

the unit was just renovated , it was in great condition , kitchen was well equipped all new stainless appliances , two large tv with english movie channel , the bedroom matress was very comfortable and AC was working well , the terrace with the barbecue was nice , encounted a few minor issues but go punta cana rentals reacted very fast thank you Paola , I give that unit a 5 star review

My wife and I stayed at this property last year and thought it was great. We decided to go back again this year and it was even better!
The owner made a few changes which we really liked: Flat screen smart TV's, new patio set, stepping stones off patio, new air conditioning controls. We really used the hammock a lot more too.
The security was again EXCELLENT and we felt very safe in the resort and the surrounding area. Having the ability to walk to all stores/restaurants/ money exchange is great.
We opted for a little more cooking in the condo and my wife found everything she needed and more. The garlic press was especially nice as well as different size mixing bowls, pans and blender. We noticed that there were so many more fresh fruit/veggie /meat options at BAM and Ciccorella that we just had to take advantage of.
The few of the dining/drink places changed hands but they were all winners that we tried. We looked for fresh seafood and found it in abundance. Toc restaurant on the resort is wonderful and the grilled octopus was amazing.
We used the washer/dryer and found we could cut down on the clothing/luggage. The drying rack was perfect for everything from wet suits/towels to our wet laundry.
The casual vibe was just so relaxing every where you went and that is what makes it feel like a vacation.

This was our first condo rental vacation experience and it was by far our favorite! We will book this again and can not wait to share this with our friends and family! We have had opportunities to travel to several international resorts but this one was the easiest/safest one to navigate. The ride from the airport was 20 minutes and the driver was knowledgeable/informative. The ease to buy food/drink literally steps outside our condo was perfect. The prices were very reasonable and not inflated just because it was a resort area.You could entertain any food whim. The condo actually had some upgrades(new grill, backsplash around stove,upgraded kitchen supplies/decor/towels) from the posted photos.We met several owners and they were all very friendly and showed us their condos. We had the next day check in and it was not a big deal with the instructions we had to work with. The electricity rate was only $35 for 8 days and we received the remaining deposit back at check out. We were pleasantly surprised that the walk from condo to beach was tops 4 minutes. We thought it may be longer from the site map and the walk ways were smooth and maintained well.The level of security was excellent. You could not access the resort from the street, beach or BAM store unless you showed resort identification.They had security at night inside the resort as well for sound control and the resort/pools/beach were always clean and very well maintained . The quality of restaurants was outstanding. We had options of sushi,BBQ,fresh seafood,hamburgers,pizza-all within easy walking distance and all eating places had outdoor dinning and most had great live music too! The beach was wonderful: maintained well for swimming, lots of options for excursions,safe to walk for miles, shopping and food/drink options in other resorts. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it and will book again!

We loved the appartement. It was much better equipped than we expected. Everything absolutly clean and very well maintained. The pool was great and the walk to the beach lovely as well as the the beach and beach bar!
