Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! To limit interaction, we will provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Electricity allowance of US$10 per night for daily/weekly rentals. Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$500 electricity deposit). Electricity charges will be based on consumption and deducted from deposit/allowance. Any refunds will be processed 48 hours after check out. Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

This area of Punta Cana is growing rapidly. I've visited the area the past 6-7 years. It is a very convenient place to stay. The property description was accurate. My only little minor things are wall plug placements and a few more kitchen utensils. Hot tub was cold water only but warmed up nicely in the sun.

We had a fantastic time at Playa Turquesa condo O-401. So many wonderful amenities! The condo has everything you ever need, our kids (including a 12-year old) felt safe 24/7 hanging out on their own at the pool or going with his brother to get a drink or snack at TOC (Turquesa Ocean Club) the beach club or at one of the stores. This place is VERY safe!
We also loved the fact that there were numerous restaurants at walking distance.
Our favorites were Don Pio, Citrus, and Dalias, the pizza at Bella Napoli was delicious and very gourmet Italian.
It was also very convenient to have two small grocery stores (Bam and Ciccolela) at walking distance as well. Bam was our favorite. You don't even have to leave Playa Turquesa because there is an entrance for Playa Turquesa guests only.
We had an issue with the air conditioner. We sent an email to the GoPuntaCana team and maintenance arrived in less than five minutes. Jose Luis aka Flaco was very professional and took care of the issue very promptly. Angie, one of the staff at the Playa Turquesa front desk was adorable, entertaining and full of personality. The Juice Bar right in front of the entrance was magnificent. Note: You HAVE to turn off the a/c when you leave somewhere, not just raise the temperature as you would here in the U.S. Unfortunately we ended up paying double electricity but we know now for the next trip.
Thank you so much Scott for making our stay at Turquesa absolutely amazing. TOC (Turquesa Ocean Club) the bar was also excellent. We just fell in love! XOXO!! This place is heaven! We are definitely coming back to book with you Scott!

The property is nice and well maintained. The beach is wide, with palm trees and also well maintained.The beach area is large and we never had a problem finding chairs at the perfect location. We liked having a condo on the 4th floor, better view and breeze. The furnishings in the condo and the kitchen equipment are not high end but adequate for a vacation. The WIFI is slow and not the best but sufficient for what is required when on vacation. Would stay again.

My husband and I and our two children (ages 6 and 10) absolutely loved our time here! The condo was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pools (there were times when they had the pool all to themselves!) and we loved that we could always find a lounge chair available at the pool or beach when we wanted one. I was a bit concerned at first that there were no screens on any windows, but we didn't see a single mosquito while we were there. May be more of a concern during the mosquito season as it does get stuffy quickly with the windows closed. The complex was within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and the excursions we booked so we thought the location was perfect. And we took a walk up and down the beach and definitely felt like we had the best stretch of beach right in front of Playa Turquesa!
El lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo, seguro y cómodo. Con la playa a pocos pasos, así como lugares para comer y divertirse. Las condiciones de limpieza muy adecuadas. El sistema de acceso al apartamento muy conveniente. Tienen un número para emergencias, que no utilicé, pero me dio confianza saber que disponía del mismo.
